Community Care
We offer comprehensive community reablement services for individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, supporting them to live independently and safely in their own homes. Each person receives tailored support designed to promote autonomy, stability, and quality of life, delivered with a strong focus on dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
Specialist Nursing Care
We provide specialist nursing care for individuals with complex health and behavioural needs, supporting recovery and long-term outcomes in the community. Each client benefits from care led by experienced learning disability and mental health nurses, trained in PBS, trauma-informed practice, low-arousal approaches, neuro-behavioural de-escalation, and attachment-focused interventions.

Adolescents to Older Adults
We provide specialist care for individuals from adolescence through to older adulthood, with a strong focus on delivering clinical excellence. Every client is supported by a dedicated clinical lead who oversees their care and works collaboratively to develop bespoke care plans, comprehensive risk assessments, and any client-specific staff training required to ensure safe, personalised, and effective support.
Children Services
Our Ofsted-registered children’s home, rated Good, provides specialist, person-centred residential care for children with complex needs.
Our trained team provides safe, nurturing and highly tailored support, helping each child achieve stability and positive outcomes.

Our teams are trained in leading care frameworks, including the CHIME recovery model, the PACE approach to trauma-informed care, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and specialist support for learning disabilities, autism, and mental health crisis. This means every interaction is guided by proven approaches that put the individual first, ensuring support is person-centred, responsive, and clinically sound.
