Complex Care You Can Rely On

Community Care

We offer a comprehensive range of community reablement services to
people primarily with mental health or learning disabilities and to enable them to continue living in their own homes, in accordance with their own lifestyle, and with independence, safety, and respect.

Specialist Nursing Care

We provide outstanding care to clients requiring specialist nursing. We understand what is needed to develop, grow, and recover in the community. Our learning disability and mental health Nurses are trained in PBS, trauma-informed care low arousal approach, Neuro de-escalation and supporting people with attachment disorders.

Adolescents to Older Adults

We work from adolescents through to older adults and strive for excellence in care delivery. All clients will have a clinical lead attached to their care and will work with them to create tailor-made care plans, risk assessments and any training that may be required for our staff in support of knowing the client.

Our Approach

To meet our values, all our practitioners follow the CHIME framework, a recovery-focused approach, designed specifically for the person and their environment.

We pride ourselves on ensuring all staff working with our clients receive training on the PACE Model approach, a Trauma-informed care approach, PBS, understanding Learning disabilities and Autism spectrum, how to support people in a Mental health crisis, and many more.
